1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wx999" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at wx999.org, including all products, features, games and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on wx999.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on wx999 or accesses any part of the wx999 platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a player's wx999 Account denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot game or any other gaming activity available on wx999.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or bonus PKR amounts awarded to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, casino and related services made available through the wx999 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to wx999 and the creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wx999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the legal gambling age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.
• You must be accessing wx999 as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You may hold only one (1) active wx999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gaming through wx999 complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. wx999 does not provide legal advice and it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with local regulations before registering or playing.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once registered, you are responsible for the security and activity associated with your wx999 Account:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your email address, username and password — confidential at all times. You must not share your wx999 login details with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. wx999 will treat all actions taken using your credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified wx999 of a security breach in advance.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact wx999 customer support immediately. wx999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you consider your account to contain a significant balance or if you have reason to believe your credentials may be at risk.
• wx999 may request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on wx999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wx999 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. wx999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. wx999 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
• wx999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility.
• wx999 reserves the right to decline or reverse a transaction if it is suspected to be fraudulent, connected to prohibited conduct, or in violation of these Terms.
• Any funds remaining in your Account at the time of account closure that are not subject to outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC checks.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on wx999 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform:

• A bet is accepted only when wx999's systems have confirmed the wager and issued a bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are void.
• wx999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of system errors, obvious pricing mistakes or where wx999 reasonably suspects the integrity of a market or event.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. wx999 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.
• All RNG-based casino and slot games on wx999 use certified random number generation technology. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in the game's information panel. Results are final once confirmed by wx999's system.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to wx999 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or game outcome. wx999's decision on settlement disputes, following a fair internal review, shall be final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

wx999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all wx999 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from your cash balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless wx999 explicitly permits the stacking of promotions.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. wx999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer where it suspects abuse, exploitation or collusion.
• wx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including cases where a promotion has been published in error.
• Players must opt in to a promotion where required before making a qualifying deposit or bet. Retroactive bonus credits will not be issued.

7. Responsible Gaming

wx999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per period, after which no further bets will be accepted until the limit resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your Account. During a self-exclusion period, wx999 will take reasonable steps to prevent Account access and marketing communications.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wx999. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, access accounts or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events.
• Money laundering or using wx999 to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification or support interactions.
• Accessing wx999 if you are under 18 years of age or have an active self-exclusion on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wx999 platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, game interfaces, software, text, graphics and data feeds — is the intellectual property of wx999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wx999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any wx999 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• wx999 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wx999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of odds or game results.
• wx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from system downtime, network failures or circumstances beyond wx999's reasonable control.
• wx999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits wx999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

wx999 may suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• At your request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through account settings.
• wx999's reasonable business decision to cease offering Services to players in a particular jurisdiction or market.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting wx999 customer support. Any eligible cash balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification checks, less any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wx999's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, wx999 and the player agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through wx999's internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by wx999's licensing authority.

By using wx999, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction and that wx999 makes no representation that access to or use of its Services is lawful in any particular location.

13. Amendments to These Terms

wx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of wx999 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
